Pastor Kurt Skelley was born in San Antonio, Texas, when his father was in the military, Pastor Skelly was reared in Connecticut, from which his family originated. At 16 years of age, Pastor Skelley trusted Christ as his personal Savior in Newington, Connecticut.
Pastor Skelley met his wife Wanda at Bible College where he also earned a Bachelor of Science degree as well as a Masters degree in Pastoral Theology. A Masters of Divinity degree was attained at Emmanuel Baptist Theological Seminary.
The Skelleys moved to Pennsylvania in 1996 when he answered the call to pastor Harvest Baptist Church. The Lord continued to bless Harvest Baptist Church year by year, and in September of 2009 the church crossed the river to brand new facilities located in Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania.
The Skellys have four children: Nathaniel, Joshua, Caleb, and Hannah. Pastor Skelly is a featured speaker at Bible Conferences, Revivals, Youth Conferences, and Teen Camps across the country and abroad. He is known for his energetic, substantive Bible preaching.
Pastor Wayne Hardy, who once served as music director at Bible Baptist Church, Stillwater, OK, came on staff as pastor in March 1999. He earned a degree in pastoral theology at Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Mo., and pastored in Morris, Okla., before being called as pastor of BBC. Born in Charleston, SC, he was saved at age four. He came to BBC as music director in 1983. In 1984, he married Lisa, his high school sweetheart, they served together at BBC until 1993, when he went to Bible college. He serves as a director of Heartland Baptist Bible College. Wayne and Lisa have three children: Daniel, Samuel and Emmalee.
