General Information

The 2023 Men’s Advance is scheduled for August 4th & 5th. A summary of the important information is provided below. For additional information, please call the church at 708.481.1490.

REGISTRATION

A registration fee of $40 per person is required to attend the conference. Three meals are included in the fee, along with a workbook and pen.

Please mail your registration count to us so that it is received no later than Friday, July 14th. If you are concerned that the postal service may not deliver your forms by this date, please fax a copy or phone in your totals and let us know when to expect your mailed forms.

It is not required that you include the registration fees with the mailing, though prepayment is recommended to expedite the check-in process once you arrive.

CHECK-IN

When you arrive at the church, you will need to check-in at the registration desk, which will be open from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Friday evening as well as during the breaks.

The workbooks and pens are bundled according to the number you send us in the mail. If necessary, we can make adjustments to your count when you arrive, but we cannot guarantee we will have printed materials available for late registrations.

When you arrive at Men’s Advance, please send only one representative from your group to the registration desk. It is not necessary for the men to check-in individually unless they registered separately from your group or need to register separately on-site.

MEALS

Three full meals are provided during the Men’s Advance. A dinner of smoked meat is provided during the service Friday evening at 6:30 p.m. Breakfast on Saturday morning is from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., and a hearty lunch is served at approximately 11:30 a.m.
